2pm-4pm at the Lifecentre 15 Edge Street W8 Mindfulness meditation is a means of drawing mind more into moment thereby letting go of past storylines and future fantasies. In this letting go, we can experience a greater presence which enables calm acceptance and wise action. Participants are encouraged to attend all three workshops but it is possible to attend one.
